"Daniel was very thorough in doing a routine maintenance check on my gas furnace and air conditioner. It was obvious he knew what he was doing as he pulled and cleaned parts and then checked to make sure both heating and cooling were working well. He was very cordial in pointing out things as I watched him work. He updated the drainage system for my furnace so it would drain faster. When he found a mouse nest in my AC, we talked about things to prevent that from happening in the future. I have total confidence that my AC will not have any problems this summer nor heating issues next winter."
